Advice needed -- fanless video card for HTPC

I'm looking to spend as little as possible on it, though (ideally under 80$ would be spiffy), and it must be AGP and fanless. It just has to get the job done for basic HTPC work--no serious gaming, etc.

I want to replace the BFG 6800 OC in my HTPC. It works great, but it's loud! And I think it's overpowered for the job it's doing.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated! Thanks guys.

That's interesting, but I would prefer to buy new, if possible. Maybe I will check out how much that model will cost retail.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the suggestions, Dazed. I'm interested in the first combination you listed...any idea how difficult it is to install the heatsink onto the videocard you suggested? I've never installed an after-market heatsink, so I'm kind of tempted by the idea. If it's not difficult, I may give it a shot, but if it requires much time or effort (one guy mentioned drilling holes into his videocard on NewEgg's comments, although it was for a different model), I'll probably just grab your second suggestion (I'm studying for licensing examinations right now).
