The GTX 560 Ti 448 is better price/performance after you factor in the rebate

OH well, Too late for me: I bought the EVGAGeForce GTX 570 HD w/Display-Port (Fermi) 1280MB 320-bit Ready SLI And an Antec EarthWatts Series EA-750 Green 750W ATX12V v2.3 SLI Certified PLUS BRONZE

I will probably need that extra power for when i O/C the CPU and GPU.... i guess i make a mistake investng in that GPU (unless i SLI)....and i dont even know if a factory CPU cooler is gonna fit in my case... Or another one of those HUGE GTX 570..... Damm im effed !

The GTX 570 is an alright deal after rebate, but you're not going to be able to OC too terribly much with the single-fan cooler (at least not while keeping temps under control).

Uufff, it took me 3 hours, but I've finally finished building my first rig, so, what I need now is some program to run "benchmark" and to checkout the temperature of my CPU/gpu and the voltage of the fans etc etc...

Once again, thanks for all yo help.... (and sorry for my bad grammar/spelling)

Glad you got it up and running! HWMonitor that lehtv linked is good. You can run something like Prime95 to put some load on the CPU and Furmark to load up the GPU.
