What does the forum think about this set up? Do I need to get pc 2100 memory to optimize the setup?

If your gonna get DDR you may as well get 2100 right?.. my only thing is i dont like the retail fans, so I save a few on the cpu and get oem, and check out a third part hsf, there are only a billion reviews on them, as for the sound card, have the exact card as far as i can tell its sweet.. good luck..
