I'm ready to buy me a new DDR board.

This is what I have so far...

128MB 2100 Crucial
30GB Western Digital ata100/7200
Enlight case 300w

I'm going to be getting a t-bird 1ghz/266fsb most likely
ati 64mb ddr most likely
sb live value most likely

I am thinking about the FIC DDR board. My other pc has a tyan s2390 kt133. Works well.

I'm not interested in o/c'in. just want a stable board with no problems. That's why i am staying away from the via ddr boards. Seems promising but I don't think i'll be able to wait. FIC is at a good price and i cant' seem to find many boards with the 760 chipset. Need some advice, plz post. Thanks.

I'll take some deals if u can find me too. i've been using pricewatch, newegg mostly.

The MSI K7 Master is faster and better made than the FIC-AD11, from the horde of posts I've read on the issue. In fact, I believe the K7 Master is the best DDR/266 board available right now.

if you want a stable ddr board go with the gigabyte ga 7dx, its rock solid, its not for overclockers, no way to change the voltage or multiplier using the board, but it comes with software to change the fsb in windows, and you can update your bios in windows, if you don't want overclocking definately check out this board

The 760's seem to perform bettter overall than the via's..the via's will improve, but they are not there yet..
