Advice for new laptop

My brother needs to buy a laptop for his business. He needs it decently fast (plans to use it for a while) and a large hard drive. Any suggestions?
 
right now i have a toshiba satellite A25-S207 that i got about 6 months ago. its pretty good, its got 2.66ghz processor, 512megs ram, 40 gigs harddrive. i think it's ok, but whatever. also, the Sony Vaio PCG-FRV25 or FRV27 are about the same in price and quality. hope this helps
