Advice for my new project!!! All suggestions needed!!!

Hello everyone, I am so confused on the new AMD CPUs I am wanting to build a new system. I want an AMD CPU for an affordable price. I want something that I can overclock. What would be a good cpu/mobo setup. I am looking for a CPU for under200.00 and a mobo under 120.00.... I want to stick with amd. I want to try a 64-bit system. Amy suggestions will be so very much appreciated. thank you everyone!!!
