IM look for a hub beacuse my bro is always on the comp with his 56k and I just got
a Robotics Modem and I also want to.

So wats ur oponion on a good hub?

Your first sentence makes no sense. You also want to what? I assume use the phone line.

As for hubs, I had issues with my linksys 5 port switching hub - some network cards would refuse to cooperate with it at 100Mbps. By contrast, my Netgear router has been great. In most instances, though, almost any simple, inexpensive hub will do for a simple peer-to-peer network. If you've no network cards, there are good 10 and 100Mbps network starter kits available from Linksys, Netgear, DLink and others. Linksys often bundles theirs with Sygate internet sharing software, and because it comes with Linksys cards, you should have no problems. I installed one for a small office, and was very pleased with the instructions and bundled software.
