Advice for first time Nvidia chipset user

I've used Via chipsets, and am accustomed to Via 4in1 driver installation after an OS install. Am building an nForce 3 250Gb / AMD 64 system tonight using an MSI K8N Neo Platinum.

Any tips for an Nforce first timer? I saw a recent nforce driver release on Nivida's site. Should I download? Any advice on drivers, tweaks, do's and don'ts would be appreciated!
