i'm running my 3000+ winchester at 9x270, with mem running at 348, 2.5-3-3-7. HT freq is set at 3x. cpu idle temp is around 40, and 53 under prime95. i hope to receive some advice or suggestions regarding the htt, ram latency, etc...?

another ques, i changed my vga heatsink to cooler master coolviva (fan, heatsink, heatpipe), but there is no difference in the temperature. does it mean that the stock heatsink is as good?

my GPU is running at temperature of 50 during idle, and 60+ during full load.
is this normal?? it seems to be a bit high.
 
mem clock 348MHz.
i just set my mem timings to 2-3-3-6 at 1T, and the benchmark was way ahead of timing 2.5-3-3-7 at 2T.
but will this damage or affect my ram?
