Advice : AMD 2200XP Compatibility with Asus A7V133

Has anyone any experience of fitting a AMD 2200XP (266FSB) in a Asus A7V133.
I have the latest bios (1009).
Will the different FSB cause any stability issues?
Will I be able to run this with a zelman heatsink safely?
Any help / advice appreciated.
