Advice about which CPU to max out my Tyan Tiger 133

My two options are:

Dual 933 slot 1 with 133mhz FSB
or
Dual 1 Ghz slot 1 with 100 mhz FSB

The 933's would be cheaper. Am I comparing Apples and oranges here. Would you consider the two equal b/c of the FSB speeds?
