I have to do a rhetorical analysis that evaluates two advertisements for my composition class and i was wondering if any of you might have some insight or ideas that i am unaware of. I am not asking for you all to do my homework, merely some helpful suggestions will do.

The two advertisements must fulfill one of these conditions:

* Both ads are for the same product, but were run at least five years apart.

*Both ads are for the same product, but were created for two very different cultures or geographical areas.

*The two ads are for competing products that occupy a similar market niche.

*The two ads are for similar products, but are run in completely different media.

So far off the top of my head i can come up with rivalries such as Intel vs AMD, BMW vs Audi/Mercedes, Ford vs Chevy, Pepsi vs Coke. These mostly apply to the 3rd choice because they are the most obvious to me.

If anyone could provide a link to the advertisment battle between audi and bmw it would be highly appreciated, i am looking for them as we speak.

If you know of any interesting links or databases you would not mind sharing, I would highly appreciate that.

Any products/rivalries will do...just post them! thanks so much :)

EDIT: i found the bmw/audi ad spat Text

Budlight has the real men of genius commercials, Miller has the man laws/men of the square table. Both have similar themes. That work?
