Long story short. Got a t-mobile phone, great service at home, sh*t service at the apt I moved into. I spent 2 weeks calling them daily, then they finally renegged and waived all of my charges (basically just the early termination fee). I asked for it in writing and of course they couldn't provide it (I know this was stupid... last time I do something this stupid again, please spare saying dumb sh*t in the replies regarding this)

Now in the midst of the whole argument process I filed a legnthy complaint at the BBB.

Until yesterday I got a bill for $290.28. I spoke to the CSR then her Manager both of whom claimed there was norecord of this fee waived ( I have it all well documented ). The manager told me there was nothing she could do, and I asked to speak with her manager and they are in the Customer Care department (different from Customer SErvice?) and they can ONLY be reached by fax. When I asked if they had phones in their office she said no, they don't, nor do they have internet to send/receive email). I said please transfer me, she said "ok" which was weird and then when I asked her who she was transferring me to, she said she was just hanging up on me. how good is that one? Anyway I just typed up my recent occurances to the BBB complaint i lodged a few weeks ago.

I noticed the BBB record is the following:

05/31/2006 NMBR-Resend Complaint to Business
05/31/2006 NMBR- No response to first notice to business
05/15/2006 Inform Business of the Complaint
05/15/2006 Send acknowledgement to Consumer
05/15/2006 Complaint Validated by BBB Operator
05/15/2006 Complaint Received by BBB

How much further can/will this go? Any help?

Right now I just said to the lady, "ok well I have all day, get back to me when you can satisfy your customers needs," and put her on speakerphone. An hour later she hung up on me.
