Advent AS 2 floorstanding speakers, any good?

SWEET!! I don't know much about the AS 2 models whatsoever, but I love Advent speakers. I had a set of ~1995 Advent Epoch series bookshelf speakers that I got for a song ($95) at Best Buy and loved them to death. Sadly, they aren't strong enough to take even the surround channels in my new home theater, so they now reside on top of speaker stands in Dad's office. Anyway, yes, Advent makes great stuff and they are becoming extremely hard to find nowadays- surprised they're at Cosco now... hmm.

Well, I do remember that after I moved up to my Polk Audio/Velodyne system, they didn't sound so good anymore... they are a part of the same company that makes KLH and Cambridge SoundWorks (Recoton?), and Advent is above KLH (way above), but lower than the Cambridge home audio offerings.
