Advantage of 4MB L2 Cache (over 2MB L2 Cache)?

Hi,

I have shortlisted 2 laptops...

Can someone please help me understand the advantage of a 4MB L2 Cache over a 2MB L2 Cache. Exactly what gets effected due to the extra 2MB L2 cache? Does it have anything to do with the FSB?

Will appreciate your help.
