Will running RC5 under advanced server show a significantly lower keyrate than running under 2000 professional?

actually, mine increased niceley when i upgraded from pro to Advanced, by about 220kkeys on a P3@558

but that was when it was set at optimized for applications, optimized for services may not produce the same results.
