I have a question, what base URL do they want? The URL that goes straight to the image folder? Or just
www.cmulambdas.com/guestbook, or do they want
www.cmulambdas.com/guestbook/img
And just to make sure for the rest:

I enter the database name and password within the quotes, but does the user have to be root? I can change the user to anything I want correct (as long as everything matches up in the database management in cPanel)...
Lastly, for this section:

Only thing I change is the mail one right, to
webmaster@cmulambdas.com...
