People do get solid evidence like pictures from time to time.
I'm just wondering, why do you think that's never enforced?

Because giving someone other than your wife an orgasm is hardly the worse thing you could do to them.
It's better to just allow your wife to take half of everything you own.

Ahhh, but don't assume it's always the husband that's doing the cheating. A good friend of mine just filed for divorce because he found out his wife has a boyfriend. Now, their marriage hasn't been good for a couple of years, and it's even more messy because they have a four year old son too. But, for his son's sake, my buddy tried to go as long as he could without going the divorce route, but that all changed when his bitch of a wife chose to no longer play Mommie to her son, and that getting laid was more important to her. What sucks is that he can't really prove that she's having sex with this guy, so she'll end up getting half the house and everything else. She also had the nerve to fight for full custody. As it is now, she doesn't come home on the weekends, and tries to ship the kid off to her parents just to spite the father. In her case, I wish the law was enforced to put her away for a little while.

You used the wrong icon. The government has no business tell you who you can and can't have sex with. They also have no business licensing you to get married in the first place.

Sounds like time to hire a PI to trail her.

I agree somewhat. Marriage is an institution. Those that get married should be institutionalized.

By your logic that the government should have NO control over your sex life you would think having sex with a toddler would be ok then?

You know very well that I meant consenting adults. Don't try and twist my words.

Exactly. Classic, old-fashion marriage has little to do with modern life.

That was your logic. What is your definition of consenting adults then? What age makes someone an adult and in what states can someone consent?

Who cares, it's a completely seperate discussion from one on whether adultery should be punishable by jailtime.
