ADSL Upload speed seems slow

Hi I have a Draytek Vigor 2600WE wireless ADSL router. When I check the stats for the online status the down speed connection seems correct (512000) but the upload speed seems low (32000). I'd expect the up speed to be something in the 256000 range. Could a setting on the router limit the upload speed in this way? I've noticed lag and a poor connection when using programs that require large upload bandwidth such as running a TeamSpeak server or on some filesharing programs.

I don't think that's especially low. What upload speed are you paying yor ISP for?

It is low, it would seem he's expecting a 256k upload speed but he seems to only be getting a 32k upload.

I am paying for 256 up and 512 down

if you really think its an issue w/ your router connect your dsl modem directly to a pc and do a bandwidth test at around the same time of day as the slow speeds and find out if its the router or your isp sucking.
