ADSL or Wireless Local Loop IP ??

Hi guys: Need an advice here!!
been with an 256k adsl connection for the last 6 month($45bucks) ...but Now I'm being offered a Wireless Local Loop IP 256k for the same price...but...no need for a fixed cable telefone line.. My concern here is Reliability of these new WILL technology.....! Do I really get the same Down/up load speed??
What can go go wrong if I get into this new internet connection??

WLL greatly depends upon weather conditions and is affected by trees and other blockages. best to talk to someone who has it in your area/
