On various pages, there are flash ads. However most users block flash, might I suggest a simple JS detection script on block-flash, and replace those DIV elements to static image ads instead of flash ads. More revenue for you and more eye-pleasing website for users (e.g., no gray box in the middle of nowhere).

I wish they'd replace everything with animated gifs and dump Flash entirely.
