Adrenal Stress

Found out why my arm popped out of socket while I was bench pressing...

I'm diagnosed with Adrenal Stress, for the 2nd time. Although I'm sure I had it many times throughout my childhood, which would explain a lot...

Adrenal Stress happens when the adrenaline glands start producing in response to stress, but they don't stop. Adrenaline is supposed to be short term, not to last in the body really for any more than 10 minutes. But, in my case the Adrenal Glands don't stop producing it, and I go weeks (last time it was months) with my bloodstream full of adrenaline. Was talking a friend about this who said "So then you'd be like super strong all the time with lots of energy?" Um, no.

Adrenaline is quite toxic to the body, over exposure causes the ligaments and tendons to breakd own, making them soft and they lose their recoil. which is why my arm popped out, and a few days later my wrist was out, and then my sight was going really bad. The eye muscles get overworked and aren't able to focus probably.

Oh yea I guess I have to explain that. Since the tendons and ligaments lose their ability to support me, all of my muscles have to make up for it. So they start to ache because they're always on. And I feel drained all the time. Last time I started getting bad headaches because my neck muscles were straining just keeping my head on my shoulders.

Most people get Adrenal Stress and misdiagnose it, they think it's Depression, or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Also since I'm pumped full of Adrenaline all the time, I have a habit of snapping at people, anxiety attacks, nervousness, irritability, etc. This is probably not something a Doctor is going to diagnose... I have a Chirpractor that is somewhat naturopathic, he also uses Applied Kinesiology. A lot of people think this is bogus stuff and chiropractors are fakes but that just isn't the case for many of them. I could point out more bogus Doctors than chiropractors...

I'm taking "DSF" which is a glandular complex. Had bovine adrenal gland, thymus, stomach, spleen, and some other vitamins minerals. What this does is take the place of my adrenaline while also giving the glands nutrition to recover, it works pretty fast. My chiropractor uses this same method with my wife, she has Acid reflux problems, instead of giving her medication that stops acid production, she takes this pill that actual consists of stomach acid. It givers her system a rest to balance itself out and recover, and it works. Her mom has the same condition, but she takes that purple pill, it just masks the symptoms and never resolves anything.

Goodluck. Sounds crappy 🙁

Ah, I'm fine now. DSF kicked in the 2nd day. I just want people to know about this condition in case they ever get it! The crappy part is when you have it, and it lasts for several months and don't know why.
