I can't believe it! This is a bad deal for developers. Personally I think it?s a bad move, both Adobe and Macromedia keep each other honest.

I bought 20 shares of macromedia back in 2000 when it was like $80. I wonder what will happen to it.

I will say that Adobe makes some fine products. I hope the lack of any real competition (Corel, whoopy!) doesn't reflect in their products. I have the Creative Suite and love it though. 🙂

Then they can buy out Corell who also owns Paint Shop Pro....
