What was the last Adobe Photoshop and Premier that were fully offline, non-connected, non-subscription-crap models?
I want to get buy one I can install and not have to worry about cloud features and actually own the whole software.

May 2011, Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 was released. That's when the subscription models started. You can't buy the older versions anymore. You can use the latest version offline, but only after installing it online.
