I'm a little new to the software, but I want to scroll text across the screen, but when I do it comes up very blurry, and I can't reduce the speed or the way it looks when it moves across the screen. I've tried taking a photoshop file in 720X480 resolution and using that but still no luck. Any suggestions on getting text to roll across the screen? Or even if I want to do rolling credits, how do I do that? Thanks

Does it have to be done in Premiere? I know Vegas Video has great templates already made for that. I personally like Premiere with the Hollywood FX addon but Vegas Video is like PowerPoint pumped up so both have their advantages. You may also try using Macromedia products (Flash perhaps, or the easy version of it - Swish).

As far as the blurriness, I know Premiere is graphic intensive. We used a 1 GHz P4 with 64MB video memory and it still rendered poorly and had some "clicking" while playing.

If you must use Premiere, get Hollywood FX from Pinnacle. :)
