adobe premiere won't uninstall?

i'm having problems with adobe premiere, im trying ot uninstall premiere right now and ti doesn't work. i go through the normal ways of uninstalling control panel>add/remove programs, that way. and when i try to remove adobe it always says this. "the uninstall was interrupted, please try agian at another time". and it never even starts.

so eventually i just went to program files and deleted the whole folder of adobe premiere. but it still shows up in add/remove programs taking up 1k mb of space. how do i get rid of this?
 
The only thing I can suggest is to post this at the forums in the Adobe support area (adobe.com).
