OK so I have the tape re winded...the capture window up and I click get video.

It captures about 30 seconds of video and then stops...what am I doing wrong?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Leeland

And that's regardless of what tape it is, it isn't tape-related? Are you using Firewire (probably your best option)?

OK I think it was something stupid...took out the tape...reinserted it and it worked fine...see I am not that stupid 😀

Hey, by the way, what version of Windows do you have, is it Vista x64? Your sig is leaving me guessing 😉 If it's 64-bit Vista, I was wondering which Premiere Elements you're running. Their website seems to claim that it's not "approved" for 64-bit Vista, and I was wondering if that meant it would refuse to install, or what.

I am running just plain Jane windows XP SP2...I just thought it would be "humorous" to try to list a conglomerate of all the craptastic windows OS's...

I think it was totally on the little DV player that was messing up for some reason...Adobe worked great after that
