Adobe Premiere/codec audio video sync help please!!!

Hey all. I'm using Adobe Premiere to create a presentation where I have a lots of music hits that should sync with picture changes etc. It all works fine in the Premiere timeline but when I export to a file, the picture is always about 2 frames late.

Right now I'm exporting to DIVX 5.02 because I experimented and thought it had the best picture.

What can I do to keep my audio and video in perfect sync through rendering?
