Adobe Photoshop Question?

Is it possible to rotate a layer? I want to do it by hand and by only a few degrees...

I am using adobe photoshop 7.

I think you can select the layer in the layer window and press CTRL + T to do a free transform.

From memory, select the layer, then Edit->Transform->Rotate (or free transform)

Edit > Transform > Rotate > Arbitrary

That way you choose the amount of degrees to rotate the layer.
