Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5 Beta...Free Download!

Should I buy 4, or just download the Beta of 5? Is it crippled in some way?
From what I have seen LR5 is the full meal deal that is not crippled in any way (so far I only have a limited hour to play around with LR5).

LR5 radial filter is a slight advancement over that of just graduated filter in LR4. There is also an improvement in the highlight tool that automatically indicates that the overblown highlight may need to be tone down.

The main advantage of LR5 over that of LR4 is that it is much quicker due to the new Smart Previews (look like it is a similar technology to AfterShot Pro).

The portable file system is awesome. Shuffling through photos is a breeze now. Edits are lightning fast. If the upgrade cost matches prior pricing, I'm in.

i will say this new radial filter is pretty good for lightening up ceilings in RE shooting when one does not have a flash. looking forward to getting one but this is pretty good stuff.

It is pretty straight forward, and you can use LR3~LR4 tutorials that available on youtube, etc... for help.

yep.

you can find tutorials/informative posts for the individual new features with a google search of them such as for radial filter and perspective correction stuff.
