Adobe said:
Unsupported card series

The following card series are no longer being tested and are not officially supported in Photoshop:
  • AMD/ATI 100, 200, 3000, and 4000 series
  • nVidia GeForce 7000, 8000, 9000, 100, 200, 300 series
  • Older Intel® HD Graphics (for example 2000, 3000, 4000 series) cards
Some GL functionality may be available for these cards, but newer features won't work.

There are two possibilities IMO:

1: The iGPU you have has been tested by Adobe and found not to work well with their software for whatever reason.
2: Adobe can't be bothered to test 'older' hardware so they just blacklisted it.

Time to stick a graphics card in your PC I guess.

Btw I'm not sure why you've basically listed the same screenshot three times. Did you intend to post a complete system spec with your first link?

That's because the old Intel HD2000 graphics chip does not have full Windows 10 driver support. You'll need to upgrade to dedicated card that's compatible.
