Adobe Illustrator 10 Question

I've got a project due tomorrow at 1 and I'm having a problem.

I have a black rectangle with machine cogs on it. Part of the machine cogs are laying outside of the black rectangle and I need to get rid of everything outside the black rectangle.

How do I do this?

Im not really sure how you could do it within Illustrator.

Best I could think of is exporting to photoshop and doing it there.. But then its no longer Vetors.. or is it..

Thanks though, I found out from Lycos 🙂

There's a "divide objects below" function. Worked wonders.
