Adobe Illstrator 10 or CS

I have Adobe Illstrator 10, is it benificial to upgrade to Illstrator CS, what are the difference, As far as Adobe's homepage says, thay have added typography tools, & 3D Effect modeling, but these are generally not required by me a lot, 2D is all I need, also they say that they have imporved performance, I don't guess that will be noticable on my rig (look below). Is it worth the upgrade or should I stick to Illustrator 10

I have CS, upgraded from 9. I have been using Illustrator since version 2 was out. I still say 8 & 9 are the strongest. Stick with what you have. 10 is just fine.
