Adobe Golive tables and MSword documents

Is there any way to make a MSword document into an html file using Golive? I need to make the document using tables so that the format of the document doesnt get screwed up when its placed on a webpage. I tried saving the word document as an html file under MSword but it doesnt keep the format of spacing, headers, etc correctly. Any suggestions without having to create each single tabler one by one and moving all the text around? Is there a quick, easy way to do this?
