Why does Windows 10 install Adobe Flash Player?

Anyway to get rid of it?

Do you mean the MS Native Flash player? They don't include Adobe Flash.

Yes.

In the betas you could disable it in the browsers add-ons. I am still downloading the full version but they may have put it in the add/remove Windows features.
