11.9.900.152 is released.

The release notes aren't detailed yet...major fixes are for browser compatibility and to address this security bulletin:

Works much better for me. v117 was having issues for me on Youtube with time skipping and replaying after the end of a video, both required a page refresh.
 
Thanks. The recent Flash updates combined with Youtube's own changes have really tanked usability and playback lately. Hopefully, this is an improvement.
 
Shrug. It just works, just like EVERY version of the player I EVER installed. I guess I was lucky in all the years.

I'm having similar problems and also youtube will 'jump back' and reload the video if you move the slider backwards to replay a portion of the video.
