Adobe CS 2.0 activation problem

I downloaded CS 2.0 from my disc and put in the serial # like it said. I was too stupid to check it over and put in a wrong digit. It didn't tell me anything was wrong until I went in to activate and now it won't let me do it. Any advice?

No, I meant to say I installed it from my disc. They aren't helping me. They say my numbers aren't right anyway. I am just going to return it if I can.
