Adobe Color Engine problem Photoshop wont load

I tried to fire up photoshop today, and I get the message:

Adobe Photoshop could not load because of a problem using the Adobe Color Engine.

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling but that didn't work, same error. Could it be because I'm using the VNC hook adapter, it's listed as a display adapter?
