Adobe Bridge - How can I add metadata to 200 folders of photos?

I have started adding metadata (Copyright, IPTC info) to all my photos in Bridge.

I've got over 200 folders of photos in the My Pictures directory on my computer.

Besides opening each folder, hitting Ctrl+A, and replacing the metadata, how can I change the metadata on all my images (multiple folders) in one fell swoop?

I'll be very grateful if anyone has an idea.
