My company is looking for something that would let us plug a portable hard drive into a PC, run a program that would add a PDF printer to the system (similar to how Adobe Acrobat adds an "Adobe PDF" printer) which would let us print files to PDF, store them to the portable hard drive (either automatically or manually, that's the easy part anyway), then easily uninstall the software when we are done with it.
The objective is to not have to install Adobe Acrobat on every PC we need to print files to PDF from. We will need to do this on hundreds if not thousands of PC's each year and it would be time consuming and require a lot of licenses.
Any ideas?
