Adobe Acrobat 5.0, scrolling troubles

I have two PDF's, one which lets me scroll one page per turn of my scrolling wheel, and another which scrolls three pages per turn of my scrolling wheel. How would I go about changing the scrolling method of PDF #2 to act like PDF #1?
