You need to be more specific if you want us to try and help 🙂

What other programs are running in the background, what type of crash, do you have any other Adobe products installed, at what point does it "crash?"

<< do you have a legit copy? If you don't that is probably your problem >>

Could you please explain this one to me? FYI Photoshop is protected by nothing more than a serial number which can be found anywhere on the net...no patch, crack, or anyhthing of the sorts needed which would make it unstable. I tend to believe that our junior member here has some hardware issues. Since he wont share his specs though, we can't help him out either 🙁

I think what uncouth meant when he says "legit copy," he means that it might be one of those warez downloads that is stripped of everything from the original CD but the bare essentials. Many times they are .RAR'ed into many smaller files as to make it easier to download. In other words, a crummy warez 🙂

🙂 Hehehe... I think he might have posted elsewhere "what does system spec mean?" 🙂

DeathX... We need details like other software, video card & driver version, are you overclocked, basically the more you tell us about your entire system the better we may be able to help you.

Or if you want, go to the Adobe Photoshop Forum.

BTW: the definition of "specs."
specs also specks (spks).
pl.n. Informal

Eyeglasses; spectacles.
