ADO3800CUBOX vs ADO3800CSBOX

What is the difference between these processors? Both are retail. What does the U and S signify?

I believe The CS was meant to be CZ. I looked up the processor on AMD's website after shoping at Newegg.com when I came upon the same question. The difference between the CU and the CZ models were the stepping factor. ADO3800CUBOX was F2 and ADO3800CZBOX was F3. I suspect these are model generation variants? I hope I got this one right
