apparently the heatware.com support ticket system is FUBAR and they have some asinine post count restriction on who can pm administrators on this bpard
so if @heat23 could please Pm me I really need to get my account password reset .. so I can leave feedback for a seller ...

I tried the reset link all it gives me is a incredibly unhelpful message about contacting support ... that doesn't exist .. that once you find you can't really use ... awesome ...
