Administrators cannot access remote computer on a domain

I have a Windows 2000 Server domain that has 9 client computers on it. On only one computer the domain admins(including the admin for the server) cannot remotely access one of the computers. General users have no issues accessing it. I can login locally as a domain admin and everything works fine from there. Just not remotely. Any suggestions?

what remote desktop software are you using?

vnc?

remote desktop connection?

if remote desktop connection, is it enable correctly?

are general users able to login remotely?

please give more info.

I am not using any remote desktop software. I cannot connect to it using MMC or to any shared folders from that computer. But general users can connect to the shared folders fine.
