Admin rights to a specific app

I have 2 accounts, one with admin and other standard user. For the standard user I need an app to autostart when logging in. The app is CoreTemp and it wont launch because of this. If I'm around then I can launch it for whoever using it but that isn't ideal.

So is there a way to give it specific admin rights?

You could always create a Scheduled Task set to run on user login. You can configure it to run using another user account (in this case the admin account) despite being logged in as a non-admin user.

Only downside is if the user closes it they would either need to log out and log back in to force the task to re-run, or they'd need to flag you down to restart it for them with admin credentials.

Apparently it doesn't work? http://www.tenforums.com/user-accounts-family-safety/26307-admin-rights-specific-app.html#post425762
