Question Admin account on win10 for student pc's

I'm refurbishing used PC laptops for schools for remote learning which will be passed on to students for use with zoom or other video conferencing apps
and I'd like to know whether I should create user accounts on Win10 for students or if its too much of a hassle if they don't have the admin account. Don't have any clear instructions since its all got to be done pronto and I'm just helping out.

Having an admin account that is separated from the "day to day" user profile, regardless of single or domain use, is encouraged (and quite honestly is a great starting point in terms of on-going education).

Downside is the students will have to know/remember the account password, but I personally wouldn't feel comfortable giving anyone outside of IT a full admin account, regardless of usage.
