Admid/mod - error trying to update profile

I get an error code 578 when I try to update my profle (not logged in I think) but I am most defintely logged in. Help?
 
Just opening the profile page or when submitting the update?
Running pop up blockers or firewalls?

Submitting the page. Opens OK. Runing firefox (built in blocker) but other AT windows open fine.

Not sprint DSL, but it *IS* a yahoo acct. I'll change to my gmail acct and see what happens. Thanks for the headsup.
