ADM 939 Mobo? And Memory

Like the title says, I am building a new rig around an eVGA 7900GT KO and a ViewSonic 1600x1200. I am looking at the AMD 929 X2 4200+ due to price drops.

Hence, I was wondering what mobo I should buy for under $120? I would be willing to go as high as $150. I may want to OC in the future but now. Also, what memory should I buy?

DFI Lanparty UT nForce 4 Ultra-D+OCZ Memory. These two here:

That will get you arguably the fastest S939 system available for the money. The DFI CX3200 ATI board is better but it is also $200. Nothing beats the Ultra-D in the $120 price range.
