Adjusting the "Core slowdown threshold" on Nvidia card

Is it possible? Its currently set to 134c which is rediculously high. It runs between 37-49c that Ive seen. Id like to set it to 60c or something like that.

Graphics cards at a lot more resistant to heat than CPUs are, why this is i actually have no clue. But im pretty sure even 100C+ is safe for the chip.

If its set that high by the manufacturer, its probably safe up until that temperature. If its not and its death couldnt be contributed to any thing else, then its the manufacturers fault.
